I'm a Certified Menopause Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Weight Loss Coach & member of The Menopause Society.
But most importantly - I'm a fellow menopausal woman who's struggled with unexplained weight gain, sleepless nights and countless menopause symptoms.
I've lost 27lbs and kept it off for 5 years. I've also dramatically reduced or eliminated symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, bloating, brain fog and achy joints that had me feeling like I was 100 years old.
The biggest change in my quality of life has been my sleep.
It's rare that I don't sleep well. Not being chronically fatigued gives me the energy to do more -helps with my mental clarity & makes it easier to keep the weight off.
I know firsthand how hard this time of life can be- and also how much better you can feel if you shift what you're doing to start working with your body -vs against it.
